Freelance Competitive Programming Expert
Job Summary
To support the development of AI coding models, a Freelance Competitive Programming Expert will work part-time remotely to create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases to ensure the quality of AI training data.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Create correct and deliberately incorrect solutions to test against
- Build and harden test cases, including edge cases and stress tests
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background with a public profile or notable achievements (IOI, ICPC)
- Fluency in C++ (STL, complexity) and comfort with Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and create inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+)
- Experience with problem-setting or testing for real contests is preferred
