Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Proofreader (Freelance).

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread educational content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency
• Input text from standards documents into in-house spreadsheets for standards alignment projects
• Compare website text and PDFs side by side to ensure accuracy and implement edits rapidly

Required Qualifications

• Prior proofreading/editing experience is preferred
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of HTML formatting is a plus
• Availability for up to 10 hours per week, with potential for more
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines
