Freelance Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Contracts Manager, Social & Influencer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the drafting, negotiating, and organizing of a high volume of influencer agreements
• Facilitate alignment and completion of NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs while maintaining negotiation parameters
• Respond to legal inquiries and conduct research on industry changes impacting business affairs

Required Qualifications

• Legal undergraduate or graduate experience is a plus
• 2+ years of relevant Business Affairs or Contracts experience, preferably in agency or digital content environments
• Familiarity with digital and social advertising and licensing
• Experience with contract management systems like IronClad, DocuSign, and Salesforce
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across various teams and agreements
