A company is looking for a Freelance Content Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and rewrite comprehensive copy on various topics with minimal supervision
• Fact-check and correct errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax while improving content structure and flow
• Act as the final approval on client copy and implement feedback from clients and teammates

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an editor role at a digital publication or agency
• Extensive knowledge of niche topics in health, legal, finance, and/or tech industries
• Experience writing and editing digital content, including long-form guides and thought leadership pieces
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
