Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or design studio
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
• Strong foundation of design principles and experience in storytelling across various mediums
• Proven track record of managing teams and developing pitches for high-profile clients
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and collaboration software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
