Seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Project Manager for a part-time remote contract role, who will lead integrated marketing and creative projects from kickoff through delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage integrated marketing and creative projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and project documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and next steps
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project plans and status reports

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within an agency or brand environment
• Proven ability to manage integrated marketing, digital, and social projects from kickoff through delivery
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and modern collaboration tools
• Experience with project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning
• Agency or in-house experience managing creative programs for consumer brands
