A company is looking for a Freelance Performance Creative Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Concept, produce, and deliver 4-6 new performance ad concepts per month
Shoot/edit short-form UGC-style video and develop static creative aligned with platform best practices
Translate CRM strategy into performance-driven creative briefs for email and collaborate with internal teams to enhance email creative

Required Qualifications

4+ years in performance creative for DTC brands
A proven portfolio of Meta/Instagram ad creative that delivered performance results
Experience ideating and producing short-form video content
Strong grasp of key metrics and optimization strategies
Hands-on proficiency with editing/design tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
