Freelance Creative Technologist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Creative Technologist will collaborate with the tech team, designers, and producers to build interactive experiences, real-time graphics systems, and custom technology solutions across various mediums.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver interactive experiences and real-time graphics for web projects, video games, and physical installations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, develop, and support custom-built technology solutions
• Integrate hardware components and ensure seamless interaction with software systems

Required qualifications

• Strong background in generative or creative coding, including WebGL, Three.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with interactive systems and hardware integration using tools like TouchDesigner
• Proficiency in game development and familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema4D
• Knowledge of physical computing and AV systems integration, including depth cameras and lighting systems
• Commitment to staying current with modern development tools and practices
