Freelance CRM Campaign Manager

Job Summary

Supporting hands-on CRM execution, the Freelance CRM Campaign Manager will build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and automated workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage email campaigns and automated workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot
• Manage audience segmentation, list logic, and campaign setup directly within the platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations based on results

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience working directly in Salesforce and HubSpot
• Proven background executing CRM email campaigns and automation workflows end-to-end
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with minimal oversight
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and QA skills
• Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands/campaigns is a plus
