Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, the Freelance Data Scraping Engineer will manage data scraping tasks using Python, ensuring accurate extraction and processing of information from complex websites while collaborating with AI-driven systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring complete coverage and reliable delivery of structured datasets
• Leverage internal tools and custom workflows to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution while meeting defined requirements
• Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic web sources, adapting approaches to handle JavaScript-rendered content and changing site behavior

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with web scraping and data extraction using Python
• Familiarity with tools such as Apify and OpenRouter
• Ability to manage data quality standards through validation checks and systematic verification
• Experience in scaling scraping operations for large datasets using efficient batching or parallelization
• Technical expertise in handling dynamic and interactive web sources
