Freelance Delivery Director
Job Summary
To provide leadership coverage during a planned leave, the Freelance Delivery Director will work remotely on a contract basis, managing delivery across a portfolio of client engagements, partnering with executive leadership on proposals and new business pursuits, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Growth and executive leadership on proposals, staffing plans, and client expansions
- Lead delivery across client engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Build and improve operational systems and delivery practices to enhance project predictability and consistency
Required qualifications
- Significant experience leading delivery organizations or production teams within a digital agency or consultancy
- Strong operational and financial acumen, including forecasting and delivery planning
- Experience building scalable delivery systems and operational frameworks
- Exceptional judgment in navigating ambiguity and executive-level decision-making
- Strong client partnership skills with a focus on transparency and strategic thinking
