Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Director (Freelance).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design from early concepts through final delivery while remaining hands-on
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure design integration from the start
• Own design quality across brand, digital, and campaign work, providing clear feedback and direction

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on design experience (agency, in-house, or both)
• Experience with Fortune 50 brands is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong foundation in design systems, typography, layout, color, and accessibility
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfortable with brand guidelines
• A portfolio showcasing strong craft and clear thinking
