Freelance Design Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Design Program Manager to oversee the development and creative execution of localized branded device packaging and in-box publications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intake program requirements, define scope, and build detailed workback schedules
• Create and manage regional program timelines across multiple markets
• Lead creative development in collaboration with regional teams, third-party vendors, and suppliers

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of program management experience in global packaging, publications development, or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrated program management expertise within creative packaging or comparable design-driven programs
• Experience working with creative development platforms, program management tools, and/or digital proofing systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
