Job Summary

Detail-oriented and quality-conscious, the Freelance Editorial QA Specialist will conduct final quality assurance reviews of copy decks remotely, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client-specific standards while committing to up to 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review completed copy decks for grammar, clarity, and adherence to style guides
• Test hyperlinks and verify content accuracy, flagging any inconsistencies or errors
• Complete QA reviews on time and collaborate with writers and editors to maintain quality standards

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in proofreading, copyediting, or editorial quality assurance
• Strong command of English grammar and familiarity with industry style guides
• Experience reviewing digital content or marketing materials
• Ability to follow detailed processes and manage multiple assignments independently
• Strong written communication skills and sound editorial judgment
