Freelance Email Template Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Pelago Growth team, a Freelance Email Production Specialist will remotely build and update email templates in Iterable, translating Figma designs into production-ready formats while ensuring quality and adherence to best practices in a part-time, project-based engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Figma mockups into production-ready email templates using the Iterable WYSIWYG builder
• Insert handlebar logic into templates and perform basic quality assurance to ensure correct rendering across major email clients
• Ensure all templates adhere to email best practices, including accessibility and proper HTML structure

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building email templates in Iterable with a portfolio of examples
• Fluency in translating design from Figma to Iterable
• Familiarity with handlebar/merge tag syntax in email service providers
• Experience QA-ing email templates across clients, using tools like Litmus or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-accurate templates
