Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Executive Producer to supervise and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large and/or complex B2B projects
• Manage project timelines, oversee operations, and coordinate technical and production teams
• Serve as a key contact for client communications and manage freelance resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of proven event production experience required
• 5-7 years of management or supervisory experience
• Thorough understanding of permitting standards and production timelines
• Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/clients simultaneously
