Job Summary

To enhance the Big Farm: Merge Game, the fully remote Freelance Game Balancer will design and maintain gameplay systems, refine features based on player feedback and data analysis, and create progression models while utilizing AI tools to improve player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain gameplay systems focused on player engagement and monetization
• Refine features and events by analyzing player feedback and data insights
• Create progression models in Excel or Google Sheets to predict player behavior

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in free-to-play mobile games, particularly Merge-2 titles
• Strong understanding of LiveOps dynamics, including monetization strategies and in-game economies
• Experience with AI tools for enhancing productivity and player experience
• Proficiency in documenting work through user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
