Freelance Geopolitical Analyst

Job Summary

Evaluating AI-generated predictions on real-world events, the part-time Freelance Geopolitical Analyst will assess the accuracy of forecasts related to elections, policy announcements, and regulatory changes while working remotely in the United States for approximately 15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated event forecasts using a provided rubric
• Evaluate predictions covering elections, central bank decisions, and technology/regulatory events
• Collaborate with a team to enhance the evaluation process of geopolitical and event forecasting

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent experience in political analysis, macroeconomics, geopolitical risk, or policy research
• Experience producing or evaluating probabilistic forecasts, such as election modeling or policy impact assessments
• Familiarity with prediction markets or superforecasting methodologies
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
