Freelance Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support its design and brand efforts, the part-time Freelance Graphic Designer will create various materials including reports, event graphics, and data visualizations, working remotely on a contract basis for 20-30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce materials such as multi-page reports, event materials, data visualizations, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with teams to translate complex policy into clear and engaging designs
• Support the PowerLines brand identity and help refine internal design workflows

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with long-form documents and data visualizations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
