Freelance Graphic Designer

Job Summary

To support the Tendem project, a part-time Freelance Graphic Designer will create clean layouts, modern infographics, and engaging social media templates while working remotely and collaborating with Tendem Agents to produce polished visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation of clean layouts and modern infographics, establishing a clear visual hierarchy for engaging content
• Design reusable templates for various social media channels and impactful one-pagers
• Transform raw data and concepts into professional visual assets tailored to specific marketing goals

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Exceptional grasp of typography, grid systems, and visual composition
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency or above
