Freelance Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, the Graphic Designer will create polished visual assets, including layouts and social media templates, while collaborating with Tendem Agents to enhance data scraping workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation of clean layouts, modern infographics, and establish a clear visual hierarchy for engaging content
• Design reusable templates for social media channels and impactful one-pagers
• Transform raw data and concepts into professional visual assets tailored to marketing and communication goals

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is a plus
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency or above
• Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets
