Freelance Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, a Freelance Graphic Designer will create clean layouts, modern infographics, and engaging templates while collaborating with Tendem Agents to transform raw concepts into polished visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation of clean layouts and establish a clear visual hierarchy for engaging content
• Design reusable templates for social media and impactful one-pagers
• Enforce design quality standards through systematic verification of visual elements prior to delivery

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is a plus
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Exceptional grasp of typography, grid systems, and visual composition
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency required
