Key Responsibilities
- Translate member communications and critical documents from English into Farsi
- Ensure culturally appropriate communication for healthcare coverage understanding
- Collaborate with a team to support healthcare insurance projects
Required Qualifications
- Native speaker of Farsi
- Proven experience in healthcare, health insurance, or medical translation
- Experience with CAT tools, preferably XTM
- Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time hours
- ATA certification is a plus
