Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR communication strategies, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Manage communications regarding HR policies, employee programs, and benefits updates
• Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery of communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading internal HR communications programs
• Experience collaborating with branding, marketing, or advertising agencies
• Ability to work Central Standard Time and travel 1-2 times per year as needed
• Knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office is advantageous
