Job Summary
A company is looking for a Freelance Communications Manager for Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR communication strategies, ensuring clarity and compliance
- Manage communications regarding HR policies, employee programs, and benefits updates
- Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery of communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading internal HR communications programs
- Experience collaborating with branding, marketing, or advertising agencies
- Ability to work Central Standard Time and travel 1-2 times per year as needed
- Knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office is advantageous
