Job Summary
Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, recruit, and manage talent for social-first campaigns, ensuring effective communication and quality control throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creator sourcing, including recruitment, contract negotiations, and relationship building
- Coordinate all creator communications, ensuring clarity on briefs, deadlines, and deliverables
- Track creator activity and performance, ensuring high-quality content delivery that aligns with brand guidelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Creator Marketing/Influencer Marketing on social-first campaigns
- Experience managing partnerships with a variety of creators, from nano to macro influencers
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and relationships
- Familiarity with short-form video content, particularly on platforms like TikTok
- Proactive self-starter with a passion for the creator economy and current trends
