Job Summary
To support dynamic social-first campaigns, the Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, recruit, and coordinate talent while managing creator relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creator sourcing, talent outreach, contract negotiations, and budget oversight
- Coordinate all creator communications, ensuring clarity on briefs, deadlines, and deliverables

Required qualifications

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple timelines
- Familiarity with short-form video content, particularly on platforms like TikTok
- Resourceful self-starter with a passion for the creator economy and current industry trends
