• Proven experience producing and launching projects on Roblox or similar platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills for leading client calls and managing expectations
• Deep understanding of production pipelines, timelines, and constraints for interactive content
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs and maintain momentum
