Job Summary

A company is looking for an Akateko Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide freelance interpreting services in various settings, including medical, legal, and educational
• Set personal availability and accept appointments based on individual schedule
• Ensure effective communication and understanding between parties with different language proficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and the target language with understanding of idiomatic speech and cultural patterns
• Previous interpreting experience, preferably in relevant fields
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or certification in interpreting or related fields
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the US
• Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability
