Job Summary

Seeking a Freelance Jira Configuration Specialist to work remotely on a flexible schedule, who will evaluate the capabilities of an AI assistant for Jira and Jira Service Management, identify knowledge gaps, and enhance its functionality through structured knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Test Jira and JSM configurations, documenting successes, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Map coverage and gaps, maintaining a clear record of supported use cases and best practices
• Convert Jira expertise into structured, reusable skills and validate newly created skills through retesting

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on Jira and JSM administration experience across various real-world scenarios
• Deep understanding of configuration approaches and best practices
• Comfortable working with AI tools and interested in improving AI systems
• Ability to document edge cases and explain trade-offs between different solutions
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing and documentation
