Job Summary

Offering a part-time freelance opportunity, the Freelance Machine Learning Engineer will design computational STEM problems, create Python-based solutions, and ensure the problems are computationally intensive while working remotely on project-based tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational STEM problems that simulate real scientific workflows
• Create and verify solutions using Python with standard libraries such as Numpy and Pandas
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on machine learning experience with proven business impact
• Expert Python programming skills, particularly for data science applications
• Strong statistical analysis and machine learning knowledge, including algorithms and methods
• Experience with SQL and database operations for data manipulation and analysis
