Offering a part-time, project-based opportunity, the Freelance Machine Learning Engineer will design computational STEM problems, create Python programming challenges, and verify solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational STEM problems that simulate real scientific workflows
• Create and verify Python programming challenges that require non-trivial reasoning and are computationally intensive
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on machine learning experience with proven business impact
• Expert Python programming skills for data science, including libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with SQL and database operations for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and modern frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
