Freelance Media Specialist

Job Summary

To support a focused set of direct publisher placements, the Freelance Endemic Media Specialist will manage endemic media executions, negotiate with publishers, and monitor delivery while working remotely on a part-time contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with publishers on placement terms and manage insertion orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with client priorities
• Monitor pacing and delivery of media placements, resolving any issues that arise and identifying opportunities for added value
• Pull and reconcile delivery data from publisher portals, providing accurate reporting inputs for client dashboards and performance documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing endemic or direct publisher media placements
• Experience negotiating publisher terms and managing live media flights
• Direct experience with non-programmatic placements such as out-of-home, sponsored content, or podcast integrations
• Strong organizational skills in managing multiple active insertion orders and related details
• Ability to independently manage publisher relationships and resolve delivery discrepancies
