Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Outplacement Coach to provide career development and job search consulting to participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with participants and motivate them to achieve their goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and document service delivery in the Career Management System (CMS)

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Development, including planning, branding, and resume development
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with an understanding of organizational structures
• Expertise in virtual coaching delivery and proficiency with technology
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and familiarity with video conferencing tools
• Bachelor's Degree or specialized certifications are preferred
