Freelance Packaging Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Freelance Packaging Designer will develop packaging and merchandising solutions based on client needs and brand standards while collaborating with Design Managers and other team members to ensure design consistency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual elements or creative concepts for project deliverables
• Translate concepts into packaging and merchandising designs while adhering to brand vision
• Conduct marketplace research to stay updated on trends and recommend improvements in design processes

Required qualifications:

• Ability to provide a professional portfolio upon request
• Proficient with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet applications
• Strong understanding of label print methods
• Ability to think in three dimensions and develop unconventional solutions
