Job Summary
A company is looking for a Freelance Pipeline Technical Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the production pipeline for animation and VFX projects
- Collaborate with artists and developers to identify and solve technical challenges
- Implement tools and scripts to automate and streamline workflows
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pipeline Technical Director or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, and experience with relevant software (e.g., Maya, Houdini, Nuke)
- Strong understanding of animation, VFX, and post-production workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying timelines
