Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Program Associate to manage the student journey and support educational operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the student experience from Admission to Graduation and ensure smooth transitions between departments
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to enhance the in-class experience and assist in hiring Teacher Assistants
• Collect feedback on the curriculum and maintain accurate student profiles and operational data

Required Qualifications:

• Available to work under a Freelance agreement
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Education, Hospitality, or Event Management
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks autonomously
• Strong inclination to help others and excel in active listening
• Familiarity with the tech ecosystem and proficiency in using digital tools for remote operations
