Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Project Manager to support high-volume content production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project management for weekly content production from kickoff through final delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities
• Manage production schedules, including updates, revisions, and re-shoot planning

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of project management experience in content production or related fields
• Proven ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven workflows with multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating creative, editorial, or studio teams is highly preferred
• Comfortable managing version control and fast turnaround cycles
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, highly collaborative remote environment
