Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support high volume workflows in a remote, freelance capacity, the Freelance Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects across creative, digital, media, and technology teams, ensuring smooth task delivery and vendor coordination in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across various functional teams, providing guidance in complex situations
• Reprioritize tasks dynamically and adjust workflows in response to changing project needs
• Negotiate cross-functional alignment, build estimates and schedules, and communicate changes to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
• Strong project management fundamentals, including organization and prioritization skills
• Experience with vendor coordination, particularly in translations and print production
• Ability to manage deadlines and high volume workflows independently
• Familiarity with agency environments is preferred
