Job Summary

Supporting new product development in the beauty industry, the Freelance Project Manager will manage cross-functional project execution from concept to commercialization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project execution across various teams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation of key actions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans while providing clear status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, wellness, or related consumer products
• Proven success in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience overseeing timelines and approvals in a product development environment
