Freelance Project Manager

Job Summary

Offering a part-time, hourly-based contract, the Freelance Project Manager will manage multiple client projects remotely, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are maintained while leading the discovery phase and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries and time zones
• Lead the discovery phase with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps throughout delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
• Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals and scoping projects
• Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile delivery processes
• Fluent English at C1 level or above for effective client communication
