Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Proofreader - Employee Benefits / Insurance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread a high volume of member- and employee-facing materials, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, and terminology
• Adhere to multiple client style guides and incorporate feedback into future work
• Communicate proactively with the internal team and collaborate within a corporate environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional proofreading experience, particularly with marketing and corporate documents
• Proven ability to work with and enforce multiple client-specific style guides
• Experience with dense text and technical language related to benefits and insurance
• Comfortable working within established corporate processes and sign-off structures
• US-based with availability to work across Eastern/Central time zones
