Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, a Python Data Scraping Engineer will manage end-to-end data extraction workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability while utilizing various tools for web scraping and data processing.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring complete coverage and reliable delivery of structured datasets
• Leverage internal tools and custom workflows to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution while meeting defined requirements
• Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic web sources, adapting approaches to handle JavaScript-rendered content and changing site behavior

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in web scraping and data extraction
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with tools such as Apify and OpenRouter
• Ability to enforce data quality standards through validation checks and consistency controls
• Experience with handling dynamic and interactive web content
• Knowledge of efficient data processing techniques, including batching and parallelization
