Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, the Python Data Scraping Engineer will manage data scraping tasks for the Tendem project, utilizing tools and techniques to deliver accurate and structured datasets from complex web sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring accuracy and reliable delivery of structured datasets
- Leverage tools and custom workflows to accelerate data collection and validation while meeting defined requirements
- Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic web sources, adapting approaches to handle changing site behaviors
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical fields is a plus
- Strong experience in Python web scraping, including dynamic content and APIs
- Proven ability to extract data from complex structures and deliver structured datasets
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required
