Job Summary
To support the creative team at Dhar Mann Studios, a dynamic Freelance Writer will ideate and script original content for the Main YouTube Channel, working remotely or onsite in Burbank, with a focus on delivering high-impact stories that resonate with a broad audience.
Key responsibilities:
- Crafting high-impact ideas and expanding pitches into full story outlines and scripts against tight deadlines
- Collaborating with Showrunners, Script Managers, and Production teams to develop and elevate content through all creative stages
- Tracking platform trends and audience feedback to inform and enhance future scripts while maintaining brand voice
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience writing scripted content in the digital space, preferably with high viewership
- Deep expertise in digital platforms and audience retention mechanics
- Ability to quickly outline high-quality scripted concepts
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environments
- Proven expertise in young adult content
