Freelance Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

Serving as the primary customer contact on a tactical level, the Freelance Senior Account Executive will manage day-to-day account activities, collaborate with project teams, and ensure alignment with customer expectations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage project changes affecting timing, cost, or workload
• Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts while providing insights on tactical strategy and brand objectives
• Assist in writing project briefs and orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings for new customer requests

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or related fields
• 3+ years of relevant agency-side experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
