Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Senior Blue Sky & Securities Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out private fund management, Form D, 506 Exemptions, Reg A, Reg D, state level securities research, etc
Manage and assist with basic and advanced Blue Sky-related research, analysis and filings
Ensure all compliance matters are monitored and maintained within company approved protocols

Required Qualifications:

Specialized experience in blue sky and securities
Experience with one or more software platforms
Strong project management skills
Experience with multiple case management program usage or similar experience
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
