Freelance Senior Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a marketing and communications agency specializing in the Life Science and Pharma space, the Freelance Senior Copywriter will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on developing brand campaigns and writing copy for various digital and print marketing materials, with anticipated hours of approximately 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and collaborate with art directors to produce creative campaign ideas for clients
• Create and write copy for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand goals and market conditions
• Present work to internal teams and clients while incorporating feedback and revisions to maintain quality across projects

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in pharma advertising or marketing communications
• Ability to write skillfully across multiple channels, including print and digital formats
• Strong conceptual skills demonstrated through a relevant portfolio
• Understanding of pharma copy requirements, including compliance with FDA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite tools
