• Foster meaningful conversations and relationships with the community across social platforms
• Develop and curate engaging content that aligns with brand values and resonates with the audience
• Implement strategies to attract new members while keeping existing ones engaged and satisfied

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience; bachelor's degree is preferred
• Understanding of earned media strategy and experience creating media plans and compiling media lists
• Ability to initiate and drive social/digital strategy development
• Agency experience strongly preferred but not required
• Passion for collaboration and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
