Job Summary

Managing multidisciplinary teams remotely, the Freelance Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while keeping teams motivated and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Drive internal agency processes, ensuring team adherence to guidelines and resolving issues to maintain productivity
• Partner with Project Planners and resource managers to execute work plans and assign creative team members to projects
• Conduct risk analysis, identifying potential roadblocks and leading discussions on issue resolutions

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree or relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in advertising/marketing project management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
• Strong understanding of project steps and creative responsibilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
