Job Summary

To support the production of innovative social series, the Freelance Social Series Producer will develop scripts, cast talent, manage logistics, and direct on-set while collaborating closely with the internal team in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Refine concepts into producible series with a clear creative vision and structural logic
• Lead scripting and story development, including outlines and episode-level scripts
• Direct on set, guide the editing process, and deliver finalized episodes ready for posting

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience producing and directing original series or viral content for social media platforms
• Strong instincts for short-form storytelling, including pacing and structure
• Experience managing production logistics and leading lean crews
• Editorial sensibility with the ability to direct and guide the editing process
• Collaborative mindset, responsive to feedback while maintaining a clear creative vision
